Wi-Fi, recycling, heating: how to organise them so the guest actually finds them.

Stay info is the real test of digital hospitality. It's not sexy, you don't post it on social media, but it's what makes the difference between a guest who thanks you and one who messages you at 11 PM.
The three-click rule
Any practical information should be reachable in three clicks max: open the guide, go to "Stay", find the entry. If it takes more steps, the guest will message you.

The entries that actually matter
- Wi-Fi (with QR code where possible)
- Check-in and check-out
- Local recycling rules (varies by town)
- Heating and air conditioning
- Property emergency number
- What to do in case of issues (water, electricity)
Everything else is a bonus. A well-built page covering these six items visibly cuts down recurring requests within the first weeks.
