Things you'd like to sell: a late check-out, a delivered breakfast, a transfer. All of this lives better in a web page you can update in seconds.

How to use them together

The simplest combination: an online guide as the main reference, kept up to date, and a PDF as a courtesy attachment for guests who ask for one. The PDF isn't outdated. The idea that it's enough on its own is.
